One bulk package of freeze-dried, fully cooked and browned chicken gyros meat, packaged for long-term storage. The product is vacuum sealed in a moisture- and oxygen-free environment and packed in a resealable easy-tear pouch for convenience.

Preparation

To rehydrate, add hot water according to the package instructions, wait a few minutes for the meat to absorb water, then heat and serve. Season as desired after rehydration. The product also works as a ready high-protein snack straight from the pouch if preferred.

Storage

Store unopened pouches in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Unopened pouches have a long shelf life when stored properly. After opening, reseal the pouch and use remaining contents within recommended time frames on the label.
