Freeze-dried, fully cooked mini vegetable egg rolls packaged for long-term storage. Each resealable, easy-tear bag is vacuum sealed in a moisture- and oxygen-controlled environment to help preserve texture and flavor. The bag contains a net weight of 9 ounces (approximately the equivalent of just over two pounds of fresh egg rolls before drying).

Ingredients

Water, enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), cabbage, carrots, celery, onion, yellow corn flour, modified food starch, salt, sugar, brown rice, green onions, spice, vegetable oil (cottonseed and/or canola oil), soy sauce (wheat, soybeans, salt), eggs, toasted sesame oil, garlic, dextrose, maltodextrin, dried onion, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda), dried garlic.

Use & Preparation

• Ready to eat straight from the bag as a snack.
• To rehydrate: add a small amount of hot water and let sit for a few minutes, then heat and serve.
• Can be crisped on a grill, warmed over coals, steamed in a pan, or reheated on a stovetop.

Storage & Shelf Life

• Unopened: up to 10 years when kept in the factory-sealed pouch and stored out of direct sunlight.
• After opening: reseal the bag promptly; expected shelf life after opening is approximately 3 months to 1 year depending on storage conditions.
