Designed with an airtight silicone seal, this rectangular container is perfect for storing bulk baking ingredients or other dry ingredients on your counter or shelf. With the see-through SAN plastic bin, it is easy to identify the contents of the bin while the stainless steel lid complements your kitchen or storage area. To seal the container, simply press the button in the middle of the lid and the silicone seal will engage without any effort on your part. Opening the container is just as easy. By pressing the button again, you will release the silicone seal and the button will raise to serve as a convenient handle making it easy to remove the lid.

Designed with rounded corners, you can rest assured that nothing will be left behind in this container. Not only does that maximize your investment in ingredients, but it also makes clean up easier. Plus, the lid is made of durable stainless steel with a heat-resistant silicone gasket for long-lasting use. To ensure complete sanitation, the lid should be disassembled prior to washing. This can be done by removing it from the container, making sure that the button is raised. Then the bottom of the lid twists off the top, allowing the silicone seal to be separated from the two parts. When done washing, simply reassemble once all components are dry.
