This jacket is pre-treated with a Class A fire-retardant for safety. It is crafted by sewing high-quality jute thread directly onto a Military BDU 4-pocket coat, covering the entire back, tops of the arms, and shoulders. The attached hood and thumb loops sewn into the cuffs provide comfort and functionality for crawling.

The front chest area and forearms are reinforced with 1000 Denier Cordura Plus material that has a urethane coating making it water-repellent. The hood's unique design, created by hand-tying jute thread to a 1"x1" netting, allows for increased ventilation and enhanced hearing capabilities.

To improve comfort during prolonged crawling, traditional buttons on the chest are removed and replaced with Velcro to avoid pressure points. The boxed weight of the jacket is approximately 6 pounds.
