Product Details

The Ultra Light Sniper BDU Jacket is a lightweight ghillie jacket made in the USA. It features a knotted 1 inch by 1 inch nylon netting sewn directly to a Military BDU 4-pocket coat using industrial sewing machines. The synthetic thread is hand tied to this netting, covering the entire back of the jacket and sleeves, and includes an attached hood.

The front of the jacket and sleeves are reinforced with 1000 Denier Cordura Plus fabric, which is waterproof due to a urethane coating. This allows ease of movement over rocks and mud while keeping dry during long periods outdoors. Nylon straps sewn inside the sleeves act as thumb loops to prevent the sleeves from riding up while crawling.

Front jacket buttons are replaced with Velcro for comfort when crawling. The hood construction allows better ventilation and hearing, while netting on the outside permits the addition of natural vegetation to adapt coloring.

All synthetic threads used are fire-retardant, water-repellent, rot-proof, mildew resistant, non-allergenic, and contain no UV brighteners.

Cordura colors available are Standard Woodland, Day Desert, and ACU, used across various BDU patterns. The jacket weighs approximately 3 pounds for a medium regular size, with a boxed weight of 4 pounds.
