Ingredients

Textured vegetable protein, soybean oil, natural flavor (yeast extract, natural flavor), non-iodized salt.

Contains: Soy.

Directions

1. Remove oxygen absorber and discard.
2. In a mixing bowl, add boiling water to the dry mix and stir.
3. Let stand 5 minutes or until all water is absorbed. Two cups of rehydrated product (one cup dry) is approximately equal to one pound of cooked beef.
