Usage

To rehydrate, add water and soak for a few minutes according to package instructions, then heat and serve. For a crunchy snack, these florets are enjoyable straight from the pouch without rehydration.

Storage & Shelf Life

• Unopened: Store in a cool, dry, dark place. The multi-layer mylar packaging and oxygen-control methods provide an extended shelf life of 25 years or more when kept sealed and stored properly.
• After opening: Reseal the pouch tightly using the zip enclosure. If the oxygen absorber and desiccant remain inside and the pouch is resealed, expect remaining product quality for about three months up to one year depending on how well it is resealed and storage conditions. Using a home vacuum sealer to remove residual air can extend the opened shelf life further.
