Freeze-dried cooked corn packaged for long-term storage. Each bag contains 11.0 ounces of pre-blanched corn. When rehydrated, this yields approximately 44 ounces of fresh-style corn.

• Vacuum sealed in a moisture- and oxygen-controlled, multi-layer mylar pouch with an easy-tear top and integrated resealable closure.
• Pre-blanched before freeze drying for convenience; ready to rehydrate, heat, and serve.
• Rehydrates quickly with water; follow label instructions for best results. The product is also enjoyable straight from the pouch as a lightweight, nutritious trail snack.

Care & Storage

Store unopened pouches in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal the pouch tightly using the integrated closure; using the included oxygen absorber or a home vacuum sealer will extend freshness. Refer to the package for full storage and rehydration instructions.

Shelf Life & After Opening

• Unopened: 25+ years when stored in the sealed factory pouch in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
• After opening: typical remaining shelf life ranges from about 3 months to 1 year depending on how well the bag is resealed and storage conditions. Using an oxygen absorber or resealing with a vacuum sealer can extend storage life to 5+ years.

Usage

• Rehydrate with water for a few minutes, then heat and serve.
• Each ounce of freeze-dried corn rehydrates to roughly 4 ounces of fresh-cut corn.
