One bulk package of freshly freeze-dried salsa packaged for long-term storage. The salsa is vacuum sealed in a moisture- and oxygen-free, multi-layer mylar pouch with an easy-tear top and integrated re-sealable zipper.

Ingredients

Tomatoes, Onions, Green Chili, Cilantro, Water, Spices, Vinegar, Benzoate of Soda (to increase acidity).

Preparation

1. Add the desired amount of warm water.
2. Let sit for a few minutes until rehydrated and reach the desired texture.
3. Stir and serve. Follow package label instructions for best results.

Shelf Life & Storage

• Unopened: Up to 10 years when stored in the original sealed pouch. With proper cool, dark storage, multi-layer mylar packaging may extend usable life beyond 10 years.
• After opening: Reseal the pouch with the integrated zipper and keep the oxygen absorber and desiccant if present. Once opened, expect remaining product to last approximately 3 months to 1 year depending on conditions. For longer preservation, use a home vacuum sealer to remove residual air and extend shelf life to 5+ years.
