With this purchase you will be getting one bulk package of freshly cooked and freeze dried wild caught Alaskan king crab legs (already removed from the shell for you) with a net weight of 4.0 ounces, packaged for long term storage.

This bag contains four (4) ounces of freeze dried fully cooked Alaskan king crab legs, which is the equivalent of 20 ounces (a pound and a quarter) of king crab leg meat out of the shell if purchased at your local fresh seafood market / seafood restaurant for take-out once rehydrated and ready for use. Each ounce of these fully cooked king crab legs will weigh approximately 5 ounces of freshly prepared Alaskan king crab legs when rehydrated. But each ounce of freshly freeze dried king crab is the equivalent 14.5 ounces of fresh king crab in the shell, so this pack would be roughly 3.5+ pounds in the shell. Each pack has probably between 5-1/2 to 7 large Alaskan king crab legs before being steamed and removed from the shell for you.
