Product Details

One bulk package of freeze-dried, fully cooked Chicago-style sliced cheesecake packaged for long-term storage. The slices are vacuum sealed in a moisture- and oxygen-free environment and packed in a resealable easy-tear bag. Each bag contains approximately eight slices (packed by weight).

Uses and Preparation

• Ready to eat straight from the pack for a convenient snack.
• To rehydrate: add water and let sit for a few minutes (follow label instructions), then garnish and serve.
• Lightweight and portable — ideal for hiking, camping, travel, or quick kitchen use.

Storage and Shelf Life

• Net weight: 16.5 ounces.
• Unopened shelf life: up to 10 years when stored in the original sealed packaging and kept out of direct sunlight.
• After opening: reseal with the integrated closure and keep oxygen absorbers and desiccants in the bag; expected storage after opening is approximately 3 months to 1 year depending on conditions. Using a home vacuum sealer after opening can extend storage to 5+ years.
