Use & Storage

Rehydrate with boiling water for a few minutes and serve. For emergency or on-the-go use, the product can also be eaten directly from the pouch. After opening, reseal the pouch and store with the included oxygen absorber and desiccant if present; shelf life after opening varies by product type and storage conditions (see label for details).

Preparation and Storage

• Rehydration: Pour boiling water over the contents, stir, cover, and wait a few minutes until fully reconstituted. Follow the package label for exact water amounts and times.
• After opening: Reseal the pouch using the built-in closure. For maximum freshness, keep oxygen absorbers and desiccants in the pouch. Once opened, use remaining portions within a few months for meat-containing items and within about a year for non-meat items, depending on storage conditions.
• Packaging: Multi-layered mylar-style pouch that is vacuum sealed for extended shelf life and compact shipping.
