• Rehydrates to approximately 78 ounces (about 4.875 pounds) of cooked rice; each ounce of freeze-dried rice yields roughly 4 ounces of rehydrated rice.

Storage & After Opening

• Keep unopened pouches sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for maximum shelf life.
• After opening, reseal the pouch and keep the oxygen absorber and moisture desiccant inside when possible; remaining contents are best used within 3 months under typical conditions (up to 12 months with careful resealing and low humidity).
