Usage

  • Unopened: Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. The product is vacuum sealed in a multi-layer mylar pouch and has a long shelf life when kept sealed.
  • After opening: Reseal the pouch using the integrated closure. For best quality, consume opened non-meat items within about one year depending on storage conditions. Meat or mixed products that are opened should be used within 90 days.

Rehydration Tips

  • Use warm water and allow a few minutes for full rehydration. Drain excess water if desired and heat before serving.
  • Each ounce of freeze-dried vegetables will rehydrate to roughly six ounces of fresh vegetables.
