One bulk package of freeze-dried sliced and pre-blanched yellow squash, prepared and packaged for long-term storage. The product comes vacuum sealed in an oxygen- and moisture-free package with an easy-tear, resealable top to keep contents fresh after opening.

• Net weight: 1.5 ounces (freeze-dried).
• Form: Sliced, pre-blanched yellow squash, ready to rehydrate or enjoy straight from the bag as a crunchy snack.
• Rehydration: Simply add water and let sit for a few minutes, then heat and serve as desired. Each ounce of freeze-dried squash rehydrates to approximately 15 ounces of fresh squash.

Storage & Shelf Life

• After opening: Reseal pouch with the integrated closure and keep included oxygen absorbers or desiccants to preserve freshness. Typical opened storage life ranges from about 3 months to 1 year depending on humidity and handling.
