Pasteurized dried whole egg powder is made from natural pasteurized egg whites and yolks for authentic flavor and nutrition. It rehydrates easily for scrambled eggs, omelets, French toast, and other breakfast favorites, and can also be added dry to baking mixes and recipes.
Ingredients: pasteurized whole egg (with less than two percent sodium silicoaluminate added as an anti-caking agent). Contains: eggs.
Directions: remove and discard the oxygen absorber. Combine the powdered eggs with warm water following the reconstitution chart, mix well, and cook as desired. For baking, the powder can often be added directly to other dry ingredients without reconstitution; adjust liquid in the recipe accordingly.
