The lights are safety shielded for added peace of mind.

The unit includes three heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves that are adjustable in 1/2" increments to help organize your ingredients in an efficient way. Its 1/2 hp top-mounted compressor with evaporator positioned out of the food zone ensures maximum capacity for greater efficiency. For added ease of use, this unit has an auto-defrost feature that keeps the freezer running properly at all times and an exterior temperature display for quick and effortless monitoring.

The two solid stainless steel half doors provide great temperature retention. The half doors are also self-closing and come with magnetic door gaskets that provide a tight seal. The unit's door frames, inner floor, and inner ceiling are made of stainless steel, while the sides, inner walls, and inner back are made of aluminum that is easy to clean. This unit's cabinet features foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for added structural strength and to reduce energy loss. This unit comes with (4) 5" plate casters, two with brakes, for maneuverability during cleaning.

This reach-in freezer features a factory engineered, self-contained, capillary tube refrigeration system using high-performance R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. R-290 refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. This refrigeration system maintains a cabinet temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit to keep foods at safe storage temperatures. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
