Ingredients

Cheddar cheese blend (cheddar cheese [pasteurized milk, salt, annatto, cheese cultures, enzymes], whey, palm oil, maltodextrin, salt, blue cheese [pasteurized milk, salt, cheese cultures, enzymes], natural flavors, lactic acid, citric acid, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate, Yellow 5, Yellow 6), whey (from milk), cornstarch, salt, sugar, lactic acid powder (lactic acid, calcium lactate with less than 2% silicon dioxide).

Preparation

1. Remove and discard the oxygen absorber from the can.
2. In a small pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
3. Slowly whisk in 1/2 cup of Cheese Sauce Mix.
4. Whisk vigorously until the mix is well blended and begins to thicken.
5. Reduce heat to low and cook 1–2 minutes more, adjusting for desired thickness.
6. Turn off heat and add to cooked pasta or serve as a dip.
