One package contains approximately twelve freeze dried scrambled egg patties (packed by weight, not count) with a net weight of 4.70 ounces. The patties are fully cooked, freeze dried shortly after preparation, and vacuum sealed in a food-grade PVC film then packed inside a sealed Mylar pouch to lock in flavor.
