How to Use

1. To rehydrate: add a small amount of water and let sit a few minutes, then fluff or stir until the desired texture is reached.
2. Use rehydrated cheese just like fresh crumbled goat cheese on salads, pasta, or camping meals.
3. The product is pasteurized and may be eaten without rehydration if desired.

Ingredients

Pasteurized goat milk, powdered cellulose, onion powder, basil, salt, cheese cultures, vegetal rennet, natamycin (natural yeast and mold inhibitor).

Storage & Shelf Life

• Unopened: Designed for long-term storage; shelf life is 25+ years when kept sealed and stored out of direct sunlight in a cool, dry place.
• After opening: Reseal the bag with the integrated zip closure and keep the oxygen absorber and desiccant inside when possible. For best quality, consume opened contents within 3 months; using a vacuum sealer can extend opened storage to several years.
