One resealable bulk package of fully cooked freeze dried dinner rolls packaged for long-term storage. The rolls are vacuum sealed in a moisture- and oxygen-free, multi-layer mylar pouch with an easy-tear, resealable top so you can open and reclose the bag.

Usage

Unbleached enriched white flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, ferrous sulfate or reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, yeast, granulated sugar, soybean and/or canola oil, salt, malt, sodium stearoyl lactylate, yeast nutrients (calcium sulfate, ammonium chloride), ascorbic acid, enzyme (added for improved baking).

Shelf Life & Storage

• Unopened pouches: shelf life up to 10 years; actual shelf life may be longer if stored sealed and out of direct sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place.
• After opening: reseal pouch with the built-in zipper and keep the oxygen absorber and moisture desiccant in the bag. For best quality, consume remaining portions within three months; vacuum sealing after opening can extend storage.

Rehydration Tip

• Rehydrate with a small amount of warm water and let rest a few minutes until texture is restored. Adjust water amount for desired softness.
