Ingredients

Semolina (wheat), durum wheat flour. Vitamins and minerals: vitamin B3 (niacin), iron (ferrous sulfate), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), folic acid.

Use & Storage

Store unopened packages in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. After opening, reseal the bag and keep any oxygen absorber and desiccant in place when possible. For best quality after opening, use remaining portions within 3 months to 1 year depending on storage conditions; vacuum resealing after opening can extend shelf life further.

Shelf Life & Resealing

• Unopened: shelf life rated at 25+ years when stored in original sealed packaging and kept out of direct sunlight.
• After opening: reseal the pouch tightly. Using the included closure and keeping oxygen absorbers/desiccants can extend freshness. If you have a vacuum sealer, resealing the pouch will extend the remaining shelf life.

Preparation Tips

• To rehydrate: add water and allow shells to sit for a few minutes, then heat and serve.
• Each ounce of freeze-dried shells will weigh about four ounces after rehydration.
