Storage & Use

Keep unopened pouches in a cool, dry, dark place. After opening, reseal the pouch and store with the included oxygen absorber and desiccant; consume remaining portions within the recommended timeframe on the label. Each ounce of freeze dried mushrooms rehydrates to approximately five ounces of fresh mushrooms, so this 2.0 ounce pouch yields roughly 10 ounces rehydrated.
