Packaging & Storage

The omelettes are sealed in food-grade PVC film and packed inside a sealed Mylar pouch to protect flavor and limit moisture exposure. Some cracking or breakage can occur during packaging or transit due to the fragile nature of freeze-dried foods; this does not affect taste or nutrition.

Ingredients include whole eggs, whey, dried cream cheese, nonfat milk, soybean oil, modified food starch, seasonings, and pasteurized process cheddar cheese. Contains: eggs or egg derivatives, milk or milk derivatives, and soy.

Recommended Storage
