Use & Storage

1. To rehydrate: add water according to package instructions, let rest until fully rehydrated, then heat and serve.
2. After opening: reseal the bag or transfer contents to an airtight container with the included oxygen absorber and desiccant to extend freshness. Use remaining portions within 3 months for best quality; vacuum sealing can extend opened storage.
3. Store unopened packages in a cool, dry, dark place away from direct sunlight and rodents.

Shelf Life & Storage

• Unopened: 25+ year shelf life when stored in the factory-sealed mylar pouch in a cool, dry, dark place. The packaging is designed to protect product quality and reduce bulk for shipping.
• After opening: reseal the pouch immediately. With the oxygen absorber and desiccant left inside and the bag reclosed, expect 3 months to 1 year of quality depending on conditions. Vacuum sealing opened bags can extend storage to 5+ years.

Preparation

• Rehydrate with water following the instructions on the label. Heat and serve. The product is also acceptable to eat directly from the bag as a crunchy snack.
