This is a bulk package of freeze dried shredded Swiss cheese packaged for long-term storage. The cheese is vacuum sealed in a moisture- and oxygen-reduced environment inside an easy-tear, resealable bag so it does not require refrigeration until opened.

Ingredients

Swiss cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes); powdered potato and corn starch (to prevent caking).

Storage & Shelf Life

Unopened pouches should remain usable for at least 10 years when stored in the original sealed packaging out of direct sunlight. After opening, reseal the bag and keep the oxygen absorber and desiccant; opened product will have a reduced shelf life and should be used within months depending on storage conditions. Vacuum sealing opened portions will extend freshness.

Preparation Tip
