This bag contains just over 8-1/3 ounces of freeze dried uncooked boneless pork ribs, which is the equivalent of 33.4 ounces (just over 2 pounds) of freshly cut and gourmet trimmed boneless pork ribs that are ready for to grill, braise, smoke or slow-cook if purchased at your local high-end butcher shop once rehydrated and ready for use. Each ounce of these top quality uncooked country-style pork ribs will weigh approximately 4 ounces of freshly cut boneless pork ribs when rehydrated.
