How to Use

1. Rehydrate the tortellini with a small amount of water for a few minutes (see label for exact instructions).
2. Heat and season as desired.

Ingredients & Allergens

Enriched semolina flour, ricotta cheese, water, pasteurized whole eggs, corn starch, salt, Romano cheese, fiber (cellulose and psyllium powder), light cream, parsley, spices, turmeric, stabilizers (carrageenan).

Storage & Shelf Life

• Unopened: 25+ year shelf life when stored in the factory-sealed, multi-layer mylar pouch out of direct sunlight. Storing pouches in a rodent-free bin will help maintain integrity.
• After opening: Reseal the bag with the integrated zip closure and keep the oxygen absorber and desiccant inside. Remaining portions should be used within about 3 months; with a home vacuum sealer you can extend storage to 5+ years depending on conditions.
