Each bag contains approximately three large French fries that were freeze dried shortly after preparation, individually shrink-wrapped, and sealed in a nitrogen-flushed Mylar pouch to preserve flavor and texture.

Packaging & Shelf Life
The fries are packed in a multi-layer Mylar pouch with an integrated resealable closure. When kept in the factory-sealed packaging and stored out of direct sunlight, these pouches are guaranteed for 5+ years. After opening, reseal with the integrated closure (or use a home vacuum sealer) and store with the oxygen absorber and desiccant to maximize freshness.

Usage
