Bulk package of freeze-dried roasted diced sweet potatoes prepared for long-term storage. The product is vacuum sealed in a moisture- and oxygen-free environment and packaged in a resealable easy-tear bag for convenient use on the trail, at camp, or at home.

• Net weight: 6.75 ounces (each ounce of freeze-dried sweet potatoes rehydrates to approximately 5 ounces of roasted sweet potatoes).

Care & Storage

Store unopened pouches in a cool, dry, rodent-free area away from direct sunlight. After opening, reseal the pouch tightly and keep included oxygen absorbers or desiccants in place when possible. For longest life, consider additional vacuum sealing or storing opened pouches in airtight containers.

Shelf Life and Handling

• Unopened bags: Up to 10 years when stored properly; actual shelf life may be longer depending on storage conditions.
• After opening: Expect a reduced shelf life — typically three months to one year depending on how well the pouch is resealed and the storage environment.
