This is a bulk package of freeze-dried solid white, fully cooked albacore tuna fish packaged for long-term storage. The product is vacuum sealed in a moisture- and oxygen-free, multi-layer mylar pouch with an easy-tear top and integrated resealable closure.

• Form: Freeze-dried, fully cooked
• Net weight: 6.5 ounces per pouch
• Rehydration: Rehydrate with water for a few minutes (follow label instructions); each ounce of freeze-dried tuna yields approximately 5 ounces of fresh tuna when rehydrated. One pouch reconstitutes to roughly two pounds of fresh tuna.
• Uses: Ready-to-eat straight from the pouch or mix with mayonnaise, diced vegetables, or use in cooked recipes. Ideal for hiking, camping, emergency food storage, and household use.

Storage & Shelf Life

Rehydration Tip
