Freshly prepared, freeze-dried sushi-grade ahi tuna poke in a resealable pouch. Each bag contains 7.0 ounces of freeze-dried ahi tuna poke, which rehydrates to roughly one pound of freshly prepared ahi poke. The cubes were diced, flash frozen, and freeze-dried to lock in freshness and nutrients.

How to enjoy
