Enjoy fully prepared shrimp tempura roll sushi that has been freshly prepared and freeze-dried for lightweight, long-term storage. Each package contains 6.1 ounces of freeze-dried sushi; when rehydrated, this yields roughly 24.4 ounces (about 1.525 pounds) of freshly prepared sushi. The product is vacuum sealed in a moisture- and oxygen-free environment and packed in a re-sealable, easy-tear bag for convenience.

Preparation

• Shelf life: 25+ years unopened; after opening, reseal and consume remaining portions within the recommended time on the label (typical guidance: up to 3 months for meats when resealed; non-meat items may last longer).

• Storage: Keep sealed pouches out of direct sunlight and in a rodent-free area. For extended storage after opening, remove excess air or reseal with a vacuum sealer when possible.

• Rehydration: Rehydrate pieces with a damp paper towel in a sealed bag according to label instructions. One ounce of freeze-dried sushi reconstitutes to roughly four ounces of fresh sushi.

• Packaging: Vacuum-sealed, moisture- and oxygen-free packaging with integrated resealable closure.
