Fully cooked, freeze dried Black Angus roast beef made from United States Department of Agriculture prime beef. Each resealable vacuum-packed pouch contains a net weight of 8.0 ounces of freeze dried roast beef ready for long-term storage.

• Vacuum sealed in a moisture- and oxygen-free resealable pouch for extended shelf life.
• Net weight: 8.0 ounces of freeze dried roast beef.
• Equivalent yield when rehydrated: approximately 4 ounces of cooked roast beef per 1 ounce of freeze dried product.
• Fully cooked to safe internal temperature prior to freeze drying; ready to eat straight from the pouch or rehydrate with water for a few minutes, then heat and serve.
• Simple preparation: add water to rehydrate (follow label instructions), heat if desired, and serve.
• 25+ year shelf life when stored unopened in the original factory packaging out of direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place.
• After opening, reseal the pouch with the integrated closure and use remaining portions within about 90 days for best quality; vacuum reseal or transfer to an airtight container to extend freshness.
