This bag contains 9.5 ounces of uncooked and freshly freeze dried whole USDA prime flat iron steaks, which is the equivalent of almost 2-1/2 pounds (38 ounces) of gourmet trimmed black angus flat iron steaks if purchased at your local high-end butcher shop once rehydrated and ready for use. Each ounce of freeze dried flat iron steaks will weigh approximately 4 ounces of fresh steaks when rehydrated with water or marinade.

This package of steaks has already be hand trimmed for you and they are ready to cook and season to taste. Rehydrate one steak and seal the rest for later - or serve the whole pack to please a crowd!
