How to Rehydrate

1. Remove oxygen absorber and discard.
2. Cover the desired amount of freeze-dried beef with boiling water.
3. Let stand for 5 minutes.
4. Drain any excess water and use as you would regular cooked beef.

Example conversion: 2.5 cups dry beef + 2 cups water ≈ 1 pound fresh beef.
