This bag contains 10-1/4 ounces of freeze dried uncooked boneless short ribs, which is the equivalent of 41 ounces (just over 2-1/2 pounds) of freshly cut and gourmet trimmed boneless beef short ribs that are ready for to grill, braise or slow-cook if purchased at your local high-end butcher shop once rehydrated and ready for use. Each ounce of these uncooked top quality short ribs will weigh approximately 4 ounces of freshly cut short ribs when rehydrated.
