Storage & Shelf Life

• Unopened: store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight; factory-sealed pouches maintain very long shelf life (25+ years under proper storage conditions).
• After opening: reseal the pouch with the integrated zip closure and keep the included oxygen absorber and desiccant; remaining contents are best used within about 90 days (three months). Using a home vacuum sealer to remove residual air can extend opened storage life significantly.

Preparation

• Rehydrate with water for a few minutes according to label instructions, then cook and serve.
