Bulk package of freeze-dried, fully cooked Black Angus sliced corned beef designed for long-term storage. The product is vacuum sealed in a resealable, easy-tear pouch to help preserve flavor and shelf life. Each ounce of freeze-dried corned beef rehydrates to approximately five ounces of fresh cooked corned beef, so an 8.5-ounce pouch yields the equivalent of over 2.5 pounds of rehydrated meat.

Shelf Life & Storage

Unopened pouches are designed for long-term storage up to 10 years. Store unopened pouches in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. After opening, reseal the bag and use remaining portions within a few months for best quality; vacuum resealing after opening will extend storage life further.

Shelf Life and Storage Notes

• Unopened: Shelf life up to 10 years; multi-layer mylar packaging may extend usable life beyond that when kept sealed and stored properly.
• After opening: Reseal with the built-in closure and keep the oxygen absorber and desiccant in the bag; remaining product should be used within approximately 90 days depending on storage conditions.
• Preparation: Rehydrate with water for several minutes (follow instructions on the label), then heat and season as desired.
