With this product you will be pre-purchasing one bulk package of freshly gourmet trimmed and uncooked Black Angus freeze dried New York strip steaks with a net weight of 11.0 ounces, packaged for long term storage.

We are taking orders for these New York strip steaks over the next 5 days (Friday, October 25th - Tuesday, October 29th, 2024 for a large contract, so we will be shipping them out in the order that purchases are received between now and the end of November, 2024. Depending on when you order and how many packs you order, you may receive your shipping right away, or it could take us several weeks to ship it to you. This bag contains 11.0 ounces of uncooked and freshly freeze dried whole USDA Prime New York strip steaks, which is the equivalent of 2-3/4 pounds / 44 ounces of gourmet trimmed New York strip steaks if purchased at your local high-end butcher shop once rehydrated and ready for use. Each ounce of freeze dried NY strip steaks will weigh approximately 4 ounces of fresh steaks when rehydrated with water.

This package of steaks has already been hand trimmed for you and they are ready to cook to taste. Rehydrate one steak and seal the rest for later - or serve the whole pack to please a crowd!
