One bulk package of freeze-dried, uncooked United States Department of Agriculture Choice sirloin steaks. The meat is vacuum sealed in a moisture- and oxygen-reduced environment and packed in an easy-tear, resealable bag for convenient long-term storage.

These steaks are sold uncooked so you can season and cook them to your liking after rehydration. To use, rehydrate with water for a few minutes following the label instructions, then cook and season as desired. Packaging & Storage

The product is vacuum packed in a multi-layer resealable pouch designed to reduce exposure to oxygen and moisture. Unopened pouches have an extended shelf life when stored out of direct sunlight and in a dry, rodent-free area. After opening, reseal the bag and store with the included oxygen absorber and desiccant where applicable; use remaining portions within recommended timeframes.
